These Bonus Terms & Conditions (“Bonus Terms”) govern promotional offers provided by Tonza (“we”, “our”, “the Platform”), including deposit bonuses, referral code bonuses and rank rewards (together, “Bonuses”). By claiming any Bonus you accept these Bonus Terms in addition to the General Terms & Conditions. Where the two conflict on a bonus matter, these Bonus Terms prevail.

1. Eligibility

• Bonuses are available to registered account holders who are at least 18 years old, or of legal gambling age in their jurisdiction if that age is higher.
• One account per person. Bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts may be withdrawn along with any winnings derived from them.
• Only one Bonus can be active at a time. Further Bonuses you become entitled to are placed in a queue and activate automatically once the current one is completed, forfeited or expired.
• Bonus amounts are denominated in USD. If your account is held in another currency, the equivalent is calculated at the exchange rate applied at the moment of crediting.

2. Welcome deposit bonuses

New players receive a percentage match on each of their first four qualifying deposits. Each match is credited automatically; no promo code is required.

The combined value of all four matches is capped at 2500 USD. A deposit below the 50 USD minimum does not qualify and does not consume a tier: the match remains available for your next qualifying deposit.

3. Referral code bonus

• Entering a valid referral code grants a fixed bonus of 5 USD to your bonus balance. No deposit is required.
• A referral code can be applied once per account, and only a code issued by another player. Your own code does not qualify.
• Winnings converted from this Bonus are capped at 5 USD. Any amount above that cap is removed when the Bonus completes.

4. Wagering requirement

• Each Bonus carries its own wagering requirement, stated on the Bonus card and in your bonus wallet. Deposit and referral Bonuses require 40 times the bonus amount — a 100 USD bonus therefore requires 4000 USD of qualifying wagers before the balance can be converted. Other Bonuses may require less: the daily reward is wagered 30 times and a rank reward 10 times.
• Wagering progress is measured by the total amount staked, not by wins or losses. A bet contributes to progress whether it wins or not.
• Progress is tracked in full — there is no partial or per-game weighting, and no minimum odds requirement.
• The wagering requirement must be completed in full. Partial conversion of a bonus balance is not available.

5. Which games count

Bonus funds may only be staked on Tonza Originals — Coin Flip, Mines, Roulette, Plinko and Blackjack. Bets placed on games supplied by external studios do not draw on the bonus balance and do not contribute to wagering progress.

This restriction exists because external providers charge a commission on turnover, including turnover generated by bonus funds. It applies to every Bonus on the Platform.

6. Restrictions while a bonus is active

• Maximum bet: while wagering is outstanding, a single bet may not exceed the cap stated for that Bonus. For deposit, referral and rank Bonuses the cap is 5 USD; for the daily reward it is 3.50 USD. The applicable cap is shown in your bonus wallet. Bets above the cap are rejected.
• Validity period: a Bonus expires 7 days (168 hours) after it is activated, regardless of account activity. On expiry the remaining bonus balance and any unfinished wagering progress are removed.
• Your own funds are not affected by these restrictions. Real-money balance remains available for withdrawal and is not subject to the bet cap.

7. Bonus balance and conversion

• The bonus balance is held separately from your real balance and cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Once the wagering requirement is met, the remaining bonus balance is converted to real funds and becomes available for withdrawal, subject to any cap stated for that specific Bonus.
• You may forfeit an active Bonus at any time. Forfeiting removes the bonus balance and the outstanding wagering requirement; your own funds are untouched and the bet cap no longer applies.

8. Rank rewards

Rakeback returns a share of net losses and becomes available from VIP level 2, rising with rank to a maximum of 5%. Rank rewards are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the same wagering, game restriction and validity rules set out above unless stated otherwise at the moment of crediting.

9. Bonus abuse

We may withhold or reverse a Bonus and any winnings derived from it where we identify:

• multiple accounts operated by one person or household, or coordinated play between accounts;
• deposits made solely to claim a Bonus and withdrawn without genuine play;
• betting patterns designed to complete wagering without risk, including offsetting or covering opposite outcomes;
• payment methods that do not belong to the account holder.

Where abuse is established, the Bonus and the winnings derived from it may be removed. Your own deposited funds remain yours.

10. Changes to these terms

We may amend these Bonus Terms at any time. Amendments apply to Bonuses claimed after publication; a Bonus already active continues under the terms in force when it was credited. The current version is always published on this page.
